The Smartbox must be mounted on a smooth wall. The cover and the micro USB-C cover must always be closed. If the Smartbox is opened in the rain, any wet areas must be dried. The mechanical emergency keys should be stored securely and within easy reach, and must never fall into the wrong hands!
Recommendation: The product should be unlocked at least once a month using the XL Lock Manager app; this is the only way to guarantee that the battery status is displayed correctly, the time is synchronized, and the memory is read.
