Attention (please note!):
We recommend installation on a knob cylinder. Appropriate adapters are included in the packaging. When installing on a key, always ensure that the profile cylinder has a priority clutch on the inside. Without the priority clutch, the motor may become jammed. This means that the door cannot be opened from the outside and possibly also from the inside. XLOCK GmbH accepts no liability in such a case.
Recommendation: The product should be unlocked at least once a month using the XL Lock Manager app; this is the only way to guarantee that the battery status is displayed correctly, the time is synchronized, and the memory is read.
